4'Astro conversion

We offer conversion and the installation of the L-2 Astronomik filter for all Canon EOS DSLRs as well as certain Nikon, Sigma, Sony, Pentax, and Fuji models.

This modification truly transforms your camera, allowing it to capture deep sky objects effectively. The filter we install is top-notch, providing everyday photography benefits (such as autofocus, sharp images, and more).

NEW: We now offer the 4'Astro conversion for Canon EOS R100, R8, R6, R10, and R50, as well as SIGMA FP and FP-L, SONY ALPHA 7SIII, and ALPHA 7IV cameras.

The Sigma FP is currently the best astrophoto camera, boasting extremely low read noise, high dynamic range, and DNG RAW format with no internal processing.

The 4'Astro modification allows H-Alpha light to pass through while sharply cutting off infrared light, enhancing red sensitivity and capturing more extensive nebulae.

A modified 4'Astro camera is versatile for both day and night use, with ultimate near-IR cutoff. No risk of pink halos around bright stars as seen in partial defiltering. Infrared work is the only limitation; no additional IR-Cut filter is needed for astrophotography.
